Julian Morgan joins the team of Kiełtyka Gładkowski KG Legal

Julian Morgan is the trainee at Kiełtyka Gładkowski KG Legal.

Julian obtained his general law degree at the University of Geneva (UNIGE) in Geneva, Switzerland in 2019. During his studies he covered the topics of the Swiss and international civil law and contracts law, the Swiss criminal law, the Swiss constitutional law, International law, the EU institutional law, the Swiss administrative law, the Swiss corporate law and the Swiss tax law.
He gained his practical experience through internships in IP law, commercial contracts law, digital and tech law at Audemars Piguet SA, Legal department as well as Richemont International SA, Digital Team.

Julian also did humanitarian work in the form of help and support in an orphanage near Accra, Ghana.

He is a member of the Geneva law students association; the member of the European law students association (ELSA).

Julian specialises in international private law and intellectual property law. At Kiełtyka Gładkowski KG Legal Julian Morgan deals with cross border transactions.

Kiełtyka Gładkowski KG Legal will participate in the meeting of the Polish Ministry of Enterprise and Technology with the National Key Life Science Cluster in Krakow.

On July 11, 2019, the representatives of the Ministry of Enterprise and Technology will visit the headquarters of the National Key Life Science Cluster in Krakow. The meeting will aim to present the activities of the Life Science Cluster. The program of the visit includes acquainting Cluster Members (including the representatives of KIEŁTYKA GŁADKOWSKI KG LEGAL) with the representatives of the Polish Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology based in Warsaw (this is one of the 19 Polish government departments).
