The webinar dealt with the topic of rules of origin resulting from the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement concluded at the end of 2020. On the basis of this agreement, traders have been obliged to comply with these rules, so that they can avoid unforeseen customs duties related to the import of goods from the EU.

The use of this technology allows the thermal and inductive properties of cables to be calculated, thermal effects to be assessed and current losses to be evaluated before cables are manufactured and sent for testing. Simulation in a 3D model can be applied, for example, to high-voltage underwater cables.
