KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI TAKES PART IN MEDmeetsTECH

On December 8, 2022, the MEDmeetsTECH conference is held in Warsaw. Participants of the autumn edition of the event will discuss the directions of development and trends in the blockchain area in medicine. A debate and a presentation of the most interesting MEDTECH start-ups are also planned for this day.

MEDmeetsTECH is an event connecting the world of medicine, start-ups and business. For the third time, it will take place in a hybrid formula. The theme of the meeting will be the #Blockchain area. Its autumn edition will be an opportunity for people creating an ecosystem for the activities of medical start-ups in Poland to learn from each other an intelligent approach to technology in healthcare. These include inventors, representatives of the medical world, investors, business leaders, representatives of public and private institutions and students.

KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI was pleased to participate in the first event of the series ‘Energy Efficient Networks’ taking place on December 7, 2022 organised by Tech-UK & Capapult CSA.

This was first of five roundtables devoted to energy efficient networks.

KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI PARTICIPATES IN DIVERSITY IN CLINICAL TRIALS SEMINAR ORGANISED BY THE NEW YORK CITY BAR ASSOCIATION

Due to its membership in the New York City Bar Association KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI is pleased to participate in the seminar ‘Diversity in Clinical Trials’, organised on November 29, 2022 by NYCB.

Historically there has been a lack of diversity with respect to participation in clinical trials of new drugs. This underrepresentation can mask health and safety effects of a drug on diverse populations. The panel of speakers will address the historical lack of diversity in clinical trials as well as recommendations for promoting diversity in clinical trials, including a draft Guidance issued by the FDA in 2022.

On 6 December 2022 the technology lawyers of KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI are taking part in the forum on insurance in technology sector organized by TechUK.

SME Online Forum is a monthly session for techUK’s SME members. Each month, the participants focus on a different topic important to SME members and hear from thought leaders and professional to support their business. KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI participates in Tech Led Decarbonisation Showcase organized by Tech UK on 29 November 2022.

Organisations of all shapes and sizes and in all sectors are facing big new pressures to decarbonise. Not only is it imperative as the world aims for net zero, but also for business success. Customers now expect businesses to have firm carbon reduction targets in place and clear strategies on how to get there. Investors too are now choosing to put their money into businesses who have strong environmental credentials, and regulation is making businesses disclose their credentials.

Our lawyers will thus participate in the event that aims to help businesses, particularly SMEs, who are new to this and do not know how to measure and reduce their scope 1-3 emissions. This showcase will hear lightning talks from 6 companies who have developed tech solutions and platforms to aid firms in their decarbonisation efforts from establishing baselines to offsetting, to becoming more circular.
