On 15 and 16 May 2025 there took place an annual meeting of BioLawEurope.

BioLawEurope is an alliance between and among independent law firms and lawyers specialized in and focusing on the rendering of legal services related to the biotech, pharma, food supplement, medical device and/or dentistry industry sectors. The participating lawyers are all registered and licensed to practice law and admitted to the bar in one or more jurisdictions in the EU, EFTA and/or Switzerland.

KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI KG LEGAL is a proud member of the organization for Poland since 2016.

The meeting this year was organized by Quinz law firm, Brussels.

BRUSSELS – 15-16 MAY 2025 – K. JAKUB GŁADKOWSKI ELECTED AS AUDITOR FOR THE 2026 FISCAL YEAR AT THE MEETING OF THE LEGAL ASSOCIATION BIOLAW EUROPE, in which KIEŁTYKA GŁADKOWSKI KG LEGAL operates within the Polish jurisdiction.

This is an organization operating within the specialization of consulting and legal services for the cross-border market of health, pharmacy, medical devices and cosmetics, including all customs issues and, above all, all regulatory problems. The second pillar of specialization is the representation of health
and pharmacy business clients in all proceedings, including court proceedings.

2026 is a special year in which another level of development took place, including the CHANGE OF HEADQUARTERS FROM COPENHAGEN TO ZURICH. The location of the headquarters in Switzerland opens up new opportunities of cooperation and promotion.

The annual meeting of BioLaw is a place where representatives of law firms that form the BioLaw association plan their activities for the entire year. A particularly interesting initiative is the cross-border promotion of the new edition of the scientific publication of Anderson Law LLP Drafting Agreements in Life Sciences (Bloomsbury Professional).
