The webinar will provide a broad overview of the subject of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) compliance as it relates to food and agriculture industries and attorneys collaborating with clients in those industries. This includes current issues that company officers need to be aware of, including regulations in different countries; understanding what key stakeholders—regulators, investors, retail customers, business customers—are asking for; best practices in food and agriculture businesses; and an overview of primary and third-party voluntary regimes.
