KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI PARTICIPATES IN PARIS ARBITRATION WEEK – CRYPTOCURRENCIES IN ARBITRATION

Cryptocurrencies have become more and more the reality of our daily lives, and also in arbitration. The event will focus on the basic concepts of cryptocurrencies, their use, current features and challenges in arbitration, commercial disputes over transfers of cryptocurrency and the operation of smart contracts.

KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI KG LEGAL participates in Paris Arbitration Week (PAW), a hybrid event on “Cryptocurrencies in Arbitration: The Future is Now”, taking place on 31 March 2022.

Speakers include: Dora Grunwald, Aija Lejniece, Ekaterina Oger Grivnova.

The event is jointly organized with CFA40, Cepani40, ICDR Y&I, YCAP and ICC YAF.
