KIELTYKA GLADKOWSKI KG LEGAL contributed to International Antitrust Year in Review American Bar Association International Law Section

Publication date: September 03, 2025

We are very pleased and honoured to inform that our law firm contributed once more to the annual publication: International Antitrust Year in Review, American Bar Association International Law Section.

We have provided insight into the Polish and EU legislative development in the area of antitrust and competition in 2024 and early 2025; crucial mergers and acquisitions; cartels and anti-competitive practices as well as dominance position cases.

This year was very important one from the point of view of the publication, due to focus on antitrust and dominant position within technology sector, cybersecurity and AI-based solutions, including data sharing.

The publication was possible due to extensive contribution and engagement of Kate McNeece of Goodmans LLP, Jon Wall of Goodmans LLP, Sam Steeves of McCarthy Tétrault LLP and Teraleigh Stevenson of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP.
