- Securing the interests of the buyer in ordering the state of land registers of the purchased real estate: arranging the proper documentation, including the documentation needed for the bank to cancel the mortgage securing debt credit of the current owner of the property; the analysis of the rights and obligations disclosed in the land register in favour of the existing owners and third parties;
- Establishing a deposit for the Client in order to protect the funds transferred by the Client for the purchase of the real property, including the provision of favourably negotiated foreign currency translation into Polish zlotys;
- Securing legal issues related to the protection of historical heritage objects in Poland;
- Providing the services of certified translation of the documents, including certified translation during notarial deed.
